    Hello to anyone reading this,

    This is going to be my diet and weight loss journal

    All my life I have been really skinny because I was involved in sports and activities but since I have been taking a break from college and not doing much activity, I have obviously gained weight

    I used to be able to comfortably wear a size 2 and now my size 6 pants are soon going to be too small for me to wear. I don't really want to drop pounds per se, I just want to lose the flab and harden up my body the way it used to be, I am just going to use the lbs as benchmarkers to illustrate to people reading this, where I am at.

    I have tried cutting the junk completely before and I just can't do it so instead I am going to try and eat less of it while adding workout videos from the firm to it. I bought the dvds yesterday and hope to try that today. I am going to start with the Complete Aerobic Training and Weights with Emily and see how that goes.

    I am also attempting to go vegetarian, that really won't be a subject here but I also think that will contribute to losing some weight. I am aiming for a lacto-vegetarian eating style, which means I will not be eating red or white meat and eggs. Dairy products are ok though, my only weakness is chicken so hopefully I can curb that craving. The whole vegetarian thing is less a weight loss issue than a love for animals but it is a factor which is why I put it in here

    Today is Tuesday so I am going to aim and start my new workout on Thursday, might seem weird but my work schedules goes with Thursday being the first day of the week
